Super clean, great location

Awesome condo stayed with my family of 4, in a great location, lots of activities on site! The staff was helpful and courteous! I will be staying here again !!

Good view but furnishings need updated

We liked the location and the condo was okay in general although the sofa was sagging and the bed wasn't comfortable. Patio furniture was plastic chairs and table. Would've liked a lounger or something more comfortable.

Needs some TLC

View was good. Outside furniture very cheap and worn, not up to par with other condos we have stayed for equal price. Kitchen tools were bare minimal, decor outdated. Bathroom is very small, and there was soiled pillow cases on the bed and the throw blankets smelled. Floor was clean. Mold growing on ceiling and what appeared to be a leak in master and was not sure if there was an active water leak in bath on ceiling, called maintenance though. Kitchen cabinet door hanging off face and also in bathroom. I am a Realtor and was very surprised the property was maintained at this condition. The Phoenix, this was my first stay with them and seems to be very family friendly, big pool, elevators run fast and there was 2.
