This pet-friendly and snowbird-friendly retreat offers a peaceful escape just a 12-minute drive from the nearest public beach. Enjoy quiet mornings and stunning sunsets from multiple private decks, including one off the spacious primary suite. With smart TVs in every room, plenty of sleeping space, and inviting outdoor areas, Bear Point House is the perfect landing pad for your Gulf Coast adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the catch of the day or prepare your favorite meals with ease. Whether you're planning a casual breakfast or a seafood feast, you’ll find all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you need for effortless dining at home.

The main level features the primary bedroom, complete with a private west-facing deck, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a dressing area, walk-in closet, and a convenient washer and dryer. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed and share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest rooms also includes a private deck and a twin sleeper chair, while the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa.

Great location on Bear Point

This property was perfect for our Labor Day family gathering. Loved the location. Very happy that we could park our 26' boat, 2 trucks and a Mazda in the driveway. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group!

The house was very well kept. Great location and a very walk friendly neighborhood. It was also nice to be able to bring our Yorkie with us to enjoy the stay. I would stay here again if another opportunity for a vacation happens.

Good vacation

It was a beautiful house, looked exactly like online. The check in and out was easily texted and easy to understand. The only negatives is you can’t get to the water around the house unless you are a member, and I took 3 dirty dishes out of the cabinets but other than that it was very nice. I would definitely come back

The Peaceful Side of going to the Alabama Gulf Coast

The Bear Point home was all it was billed to be. Clean, All furniture was in great shape, everything worked as it should, kitchen is well stocked. It is located in a quaint neighborhood, super for walking and biking safely. Has a great restaurant and marina within easy walking distance that is a GREAT place to hangout with friends, especially at sunset. We will definitely be back to stay here ....
