"The hotel has been renovated a few years ago. The rooms are simple with few amenities (so you’ll need bring your own kettle if you want the occasional tea) but reasonably spacious (though with a rather bland colour scheme). Had a sea facing room on the 3rd floor with a small balcony that was nice. Late-night noise from various parties, nightclubs etc, from along the seafront was sadly a persistent issue (but not the fault of the hotel) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. "The sign on the hotel indicates that it’s a 4 star property, but it’s more like 2 or 3 stars. The rooms are basic. The rooms and bathrooms could use updating. The showers are small and you can barely turn around in them. The breakfast was not great and the coffee came from a machine and was horrible. "
