"What an amazing place. I was blown away. Slightly disappointed they don't open the pool until June; I think it's 23 degrees it's warm enough to open the pool but oh well. "

"The rugs were filthy. We were given a room on the second floor and we could hear a band playing. The breakfast wasn't appealing. The coffee didn't taste like coffee and the water came from a machine that dispensed dirty water. I had an allergy reaction in the dining room from what I believe was mold from the air conditioner because in the lobby the air conditioner was full of mold. Also, the shower head in the shower was broken."

"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."
