「Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einfacher Ablauf des Check-in und Check-out. Super Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof und auch der See und die Altstadt sind zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Umgebung ruhig. Die Kissen sind leider sehr sehr dünn. Man hätte bestimmt drei Stück übereinander legen müssen, um eine normale Höhe zu erreichen - wirklich ein Hauch von nichts. Ausserdem haben irgendwelche Leitungen in der Zimmerwand die ganze Nacht unüberhörbar gegurgelt.」

"ケーブルカー駅の目の前！ 重たいスーツケースを持っていても、すぐにルガーノ駅に到着できます。 午前中に到着しましたが、フロントスタッフは快くチェックインを許してくれ、部屋に入ることが出来ました。 ホテルは様々な観光にアクセスが良く、立地も最高です！ 無料の朝食はおいしく、とても満足しました！ また泊まりたい施設です。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。"
