"I stayed here for one night with another guest. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff at the reception and housekeeping were all bright, polite, and pleasant. I also appreciated that the staff kindly suggested a more cost-effective option when I made an inquiry. There were two points that stood out to me. First, the computers used at the front desk seemed to process very slowly, so updating the key card and checking out took quite a bit of time. This did not feel like a staffing issue, but rather a system-related one. Second, some guests speaking Chinese languages kept their room door fully open during their stay. It was uncomfortable to repeatedly see into someone else’s daily life every time I used the elevator. Other than that, the room itself was very comfortable, and I was able to relax quietly. I also appreciated the room design, which offered privacy from outside views. I would be happy to stay here again in the future."
