One bedroom on this level has a queen-sized French bed (1 x 160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/WC, offering an east-facing exit. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an oven, dishwasher, five induction hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set, along with a dining table and access to a west-facing balcony. A separate WC is also conveniently located on this level.
