「Die Wohnung ist schön & sauber. Allerdings recht dunkel, da sie in einer engen Gasse ist. Das war trotzdem ok, was uns allerdings richtig gestört hat war der unglaublich laute Nachtclub bis 3:30Uhr! Dieser Fakt müssten die Vermieter eigentlich im Voraus erwähnen!」

「Si l’appartement est bien placé proche de la mer, du cour saleia, et de toutes les activités qu’offre la ville, son emplacement face à un bar de nuit le déclasse tant les hurlements de jeunes dans la rue ainsi que la musique très forte (portes du club ouvertes) sont importants et ce, jusqu’ à plus de deux heures du matin chaque soir. Certes nous sommes dans le vieux Nice, mais il y a des limites aux nuisances sonores! Nous avons dû faire appel à la police un soir, mais les nuisances ont repris...

「Host Elena was most gracious and helpful. Information on how things work in the apartment was available. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is in the old part of the city but close to trams, restaurants, and shops which made it a bit noisy at night. Our only real issue was the corruped Vrbo directions message which made it difficult to find. 」

「Hosts were welcoming. Location is great. Living, dining, kitchen and bathroom good. The loo & bedrooms not so good. The loo needs not only paint, but some decoration in the way of pictures & coordinated towel ring & curtain. New bedside tables, lamps, blankets and bedspreads with some coordinating colours are needed in the bedrooms. The dishware also needs attention. More wine glasses, coffee mugs, and bowls are needed. The whole apartment needs a coat of paint.」
