"Everything was great"

"Lovely apartment. We were allocated one which faced the harbour, and were fortunate to see the northern lights from our balcony on the first day ❤️ Very clean, and staff were lovely. My mum and I felt very at home and we are missing the nice apartment already! Very thoughtful that there is a toilet in the luggage room if you need to get organised after arriving or before you head to the airport. The airport bus drops off and picks up just opposite the hotel, super convenient. Great 7 night stay ❤️"

"We stayed in Room 701 and it was outstanding. As a corner room, it offered breathtaking views over the city, fjord/harbour and mountains, and we were even able to see the aurora from the room when it was active. The décor was warm and stylish, the room spotless and cleaned daily, and the bed very comfortable. It was a little warm at around 20°C, and the thermostat didn’t seem to lower, but opening the window solved this easily. The room was also very quiet. Facilities were excellent, including a minibar (charged), kettle with teas/coffees, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, safe and reliable free Wi‑Fi. The lifts were fast and rarely busy. Breakfast was exceptional with a huge selection and is definitely worth adding to your booking. The lobby, bar and dining areas were beautifully decorated. The rooftop bar was closed during our stay, but you can still access the rooftop itself, which made for a great place to view the aurora. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had no issues during our stay, and the hotel happily stored our luggage after checkout while we waited for our late flight. The location was perfect, with most tours departing about a 15‑minute walk away. The cable car is around a 30‑minute walk, but it takes longer because the views are so stunning you keep stopping for photos! Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again."

"Clean, well located, quiet, well equipped. Excellent communication particularly around check in. The entry pad to the apartment could be temperamental and extra pillows would be useful."
