Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. There is no lift but our apartment was on the 2nd floor (GF+1) and it was not a problem.

The Apartment was spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked. We did not have a clothes washer. Apparently some apartments do and some don't. We needed one. They arranged for us to use the washer at their other property. The breakfast was okay.

Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt, aber alles vorhanden. Fernseher ging gar nicht, bekam man auch nicht in den Griff. Einmaliger Feueralarm zeigte schlechtes Management. Ein wenig kopflos, keine Informationen, erste 5 Minuten war niemand zu sehen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Top lage. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption. Etwas laut, Wohnung an der Straße, Fenster nicht auf den neuesten Standard, etwas zugig. Aber alles in allem eine Unterkunft die wir wieder wählen würden.

1. Stayed 5 nights and first thing that struck me was the damp smell when i open the door. After using the toilet, there will be strong sewage smell. Kept flushing the toilet but in vain 2. Size was great as we are staying 5 nights but only 2 heaters and no matter how I adjusted the temperature upwards, the temperature cannot go up 3. No shelter from apartment to hotel where the morning breakfast is. Its only a min walk but if it snows / rains, it gets inconvenient. Better to stay in the hotel 4. Always a lot of snow / ice piling up in front of the apartment so have to be careful of slipping / falling when you walk out. Also hard to pull your luggage. Take note that if you need to cancel the booking, make sure to do it 1 month ahead or you will get charge.

The primary concern was that the apartment was much different than in the photos. The listing featured images of a basic apartment with a sofa bed, which appeared noticeably more spacious than the unit we received. These images strongly influenced our decision to book this option, leading us to pay a relatively high price with the expectation of ample space. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different—the apartment turned out to be substantially different , leaving us feeling misled. The bedroom was so compact that it was impossible to walk around the bed, and both the bathroom and living area were considerably smaller than anticipated. Furthermore, the sofa shown in the photos was significantly larger than the one actually provided. In summary, the overall size and layout failed to match the advertised images, even considering it was a basic apartment with a sofa bed. We contacted the hotel early to raise this issue. Our initial inquiries were not answered. We then went to the reception and were told the matter would be checked with the manager, but we never received any follow‑up and had to ask again. When we finally received a response, the staff were unwilling to discuss the issue and stated that all rooms were like this, even offering to show us other similar rooms. As they did not have other apartments available. This only confirmed the discrepancy between the advertised and actual standard. The matter was therefore escalated to Hotels.com, where a complaint has been

Ok opphold. Obs hvis du booker leilighet ingen heis og steil trapp. Heis i hotelldelen. Bra rom. De ansatte i resepsjonen er huggelige og veldig hjelpsomme, spesielt Klaudia, hun er ekstremt service minded.Ok frokost. Beliggenhet er perfekt, men mye måkeskrik nesten gele døgnet.
