オールド ユンダムのカプセルホテル

「I couldn't ever find the place. I tried calling the number and no one answered. Worst off was that they stole my money.」

「Nous n'avons pas eu accès à la chambre parce que selon eux, elle n'était pas nettoyée. Et ils n'ont fait aucun effort pour trouver une solution.」

「Staff is very helpful」

「It was simple, rooms are clean and the staff are very accomdating and friendly.」

「The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. 」

「Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall」

「Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice...

「The pool was nice」

「Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money.」

「The staff makes sure you always have anything you need. Great value for the money and good location.」

「Schone kamer, veel ruimte, vriendelijk personeel」

「I love the environment, very serene」

「We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.」

「Très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit. L’hôtel avait organisé notre réception à l’aéroport.」

「レセプションの対応も良く、働いているスタッフも愛想が良くて親切です。滞在はとても快適です。」
