Spend your Maine beach vacation in our modern fully renovated four-bedroom suite! This unit is bright, stylish, comfortable and nicely furnished. Conveniently located steps to the beautiful sand beach and a short walk to the Pier, Palace Playland amusement park and downtown area bars, restaurants and shops.

The property is located across the street from the beach, a short 2-3 minute walk. We are also 0.3 miles from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants.

This unit is located on the second floor and has it's own deck with a grill and patio furniture. Perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or enjoy the ocean breeze.

We provide linens, bedding, bath towels and fully stocked kitchen for cooking (pots, pans, silverware, etc). We do not provide beach towels or toys, so don't forget to pack them.

Coin operated laundromat is located below the unit in the same building.

You can self-check into the unit using a code to the keybox. It will be listed in the Airbnb app under "check in" instructions and will be emailed to you with our welcome email a couple of days prior to your arrival.

We offer our guests complimentary high speed wifi, as well as Disney Plus and HULU TV with live streaming.

Please note that our suites are located near the train tracks that run through OOB. Please be advised about potential for noise.
