"What a great stay, we stayed here our second night in Old orchard Beach after having a very terrible stay in a different motel that we had to leave due to how unsanitary it was, and had no hot water, we chose to stay here for our second night and everybody was super friendly and nice, and the place was really clean, I was very happy and super impressed with everything about our stay, we will definitely stay here again next time we go to Old orchard beach. The owner was a very sweet woman who introduced herself and accommodated everything we needed, She also gave us a small gift for our Christmas tree when we checked out. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting the beach."
