"I booked this stay several weeks in advance, however, once I arrived to check in I was told the room is not available. Extremely inconvenient."

"Facilities are quite dated but staff was friendly and the room was acceptably clean. Had an issue with the price in which I was originally going to be charged far more than Hotels.com quoted, but I showed reception staff the email receipt and they quickly resolved the pricing error. I would be willing to stay here again if traveling to this area in the future. "

"It was super close to the shopping center. The staff was great. My kids loved the room and the pool. We are big on privacy so it was one of the few places that offered a separate room from living room with a door. Breakfast was great. They don’t have a full size fridge and the bathrooms are always small but over all for 4 people the room was perfect. We will be going back for sure. The price is very decent in our opinion."
