"I recently stayed here and the staff was not very friendly. This is not the first time I have stayed here but it just might be the last. I paid a good amount of money staying here and really the worst part was the pool. The pool rules are pretty insane as it is but what’s worse is the staffs consistency on following them. My family and I went to the pool one evening and had no issues with bringing in my water bottle but the next morning I was not allowed to because they told me the day before someone ruined it for everyone. (Not really my problem but I guess) so I was directed to talk to security as I have type 1 diabetes and in 100 degree weather need water just like everyone else does. They were not giving complimentary water at the time so I had to talk to multiple manager before I was permitted to bring in a water bottle. The issue was one night I was okay to bring it in and the next morning I was not aloud too. I think they pick and choose to much on who can and can’t do things inside. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to stay here anymore. Especially if you actually needed any kind of medical help or an accommodation that’s not illegal or "

"The second we stepped out of the elevator we smelled cigarettes. This is a non smoking floor, our sheets smelled like cigarettes. We left at 4:30 because my bronchitis kicked in from the cigarette smell. Our blackout curtain would not close all the way."

"I can’t tell you the last time I slept on a mattress so incredibly uncomfortable like this one was. The springs in the mattress were all you felt throughout the night and this mattress reminded me of the mattresses. I grew up, going to the camping cabin and sleeping on in Michigan in the early 80s. I highly recommend purchasing new mattresses."

"It is very pet friendly and you can bring them to the pool as long as they're leashed. They offered to bring water for our dog. Unfortunately the swim up bar was closed."
