"Friendly staff"

"The stay was ok but not outstanding. The rooms only have one chair so only one person can sit down at a time. No microwave, no vent fan in the bathroom. The only restaurant that has a view is the Range which was beautiful. The staff in that restaurant was great but all the others were just ok. The advertised River walk does not include Harrah’s so if you want to go to other casinos you have to drive or use the water taxi. There are better restaurants in the other casinos and the slots are not so great. Little jackpots compared to what you put in. Next time we would stay at Don Laughlin’s Riverside"

"Staff were very pleasant. Properties immediately adjacent to the hotel are vacant and hotel is closer to outskirts of downtown. Photos are deceiving. Rooms were very clean again. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating."

"The noise from the room next door was a very bad . Had one room at a barking dog that did not stop every time the owners left, Had another room that had I don't know how many kids, but they were up almost all night. Just loud as hell crying screaming."

"We were not happy with our room. The shower had rust stains & gunk on the outside bottom of the slider & along the base of the floor. The breakfast was okay, typical of most hotels. I’m disappointed that the rating on Expedia was rated 9.2. I think 9.2 is very misleading. We spoke to-the person at the front desk, but unfortunately she made excuses about how hard the water is, even with a water softener. "
