The staff member on reception was fabulous and sorted me an alternative hotel and covered the costs of a taxi to get me there. Thankfully the hotels were also able to sort out a transfer of funds which I had already paid for Kaiser Karl. No idea if this situation was the fault of Expedia or...

"The furnishings are Bo-Concept in the lobby but the bedrooms are more basic Ikea style. The hotel is unmanned a lot of the time but when there, the staff are very helpful. No air con, but they provided fans on request as we stayed during a heatwave. Accommodation is clean."
