"The staff was great. Good parking, clean room. Nice breakfast. The only disappointment was the pool. The pool looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. It takes more than dumping chlorine to upkeep a pool. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful and our host thought of everything! Bring what you need but chances are, if you do forget some little thing, you will find it in the kitchen or bathroom. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed. A cozy haven away from the world... we didn't see or hear another person for two days.Clean and comfortable bedding, a roomy and spotless bathroom and a small but completely outfitted kitchen. The perfect place to get away from the world for a few days. We will keep this high on our list for future weekend getaways. Thank you for being a great host!"

"Staff was courteous. Hotel was a little run down, the free breakfast wasn't much, the hotel looked a lot nicer than in the pics. It took a long time for the water to heat up. Not the level of quality I expected from Hilton. However, price was cheap and the rooms were clean."

"Heat was shut off in the room. Took hours for it to get warm but floor remained ice cold. No carpet. Bathroom floor was even colder and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy. Toilet seat terribly discoloured. Surfaces clean but everywhere else had dust build up. Didn’t attempt the breakfast. Didn’t look appetizing. Tasted the juice and it was horrible. "

"The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace would be nice as we were not familiar with the use of either. "
