This is a newly renovated apartment in a commercial building - it didn't seem like anyone else lived there. Unfortunately, our main issue was the noise - it was not possible to sleep without earplugs at all. The studio is located on the first floor of a building facing a super busy street and there is no noise cancelling at all!
There were renovations going on on another building in front of the apartment - unbearable noise all day every day. It wasn't possible to use the terrace at all. We were working remotely for a couple of days and the noise 24/7 was really disturbing.
The door to the apartment also somehow didn't conceal any noise - we could hear all the people visiting all the institutions located in this building and it felt like they were inside the studio, not outside.
The area around isn't great either - a lot of dilapidated buildings - looked pretty dodgy. Didn't enjoy walking there in the evening at all.
Such a pity because the apartment itself was new and nice (although the dining chairs are very uncomfortable - you wouldn't be able to sit there more than 30 minutes)
