The apartment is located on the ground floor of a recently built building that, on the opposite side it turns out to be on the first floor giving an exclusive view of the harbor. Its strong point is the living area, an open space with open kitchen equipped with all comforts, sofa, TV, dining table. From here a French window leads to a veranda with dining area and a large window that gives continuity to the terrace furnished with relaxation area. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and access to the veranda. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
