"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状 況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"This hotel was 5+ starts. Perfect for romance or families. Every amenity was fabulous. Their was a tradition onset, and then also a sauna/spa/cold plunge/cold room. There are 3 pools in this hotel. The staff was friendly and the place is spotless.ntravelling from the US and this hotel puts many hotels I have stayed in to shame. The breakfast buffet was American and Japanese food. I habe only good things to say. Please run here for a vacation."
