A stunning hotel. Beautiful rooms and grounds and views. Fantastic pool. Maybe larger than it looks - approx 100 rooms. But golf carts to transport back and forth and very walkable. Nearby Nirai beach. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Loved staying at Hoshinoya Okinawa! The view from the room was awesome, and luckily we had a great sunset when we visited.No matter whether at the cafe, pool, or room balcony, the sunset was absolutely spectacular! Even though there aren't many activities during the stay, this is a great place if you are looking to relax. Also, all the staff here are super friendly! Having dinner in the room was also great.

Public transportation is limited, there is a bus service that you can take to resort area from airport. Stop at the traveler info desk to book in advance. Uber or taxi service works well. If you want to see outside the resort you will have to uber around. Perfect location if you are looking to relax. We didn’t rent a car and it was fine.

Having just stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo, I had high expectations. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Tokyo is clinical. The cleanliness at Hoshinoya Okinawa is questionable. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But no staff ever come and tidy up people's leftover towels etc. However, I would return.

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The hotel provided a very zen atmosphere as it truly felt like an escape. The amenities provided a relaxing ambience, from the pool to the beach.
