As the property has direct access to the lake through a set of stairs, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note that the pictured ceiling fans in the lounge and bedrooms are not operational.Please note the top bunk is not recommended for adults to sleep in.This property lies approximately 50m from a cemetery, which can be seen from some parts of the property.
