「Perfect place to take a shower and lay down for some quick rest. Kind of dated, but bed was comfortably, water was hot, towels & linen was clean. Perfect for its pricepoint. The guy who checked me in was super hospitable too.」
「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
「Check in took long because staff was negotiating price with future guest. Guest were allowed to smoke marijuana in common areas. Room assigned was far from parking. Request room change and was given a dirty room with dirty tub and bug infested. Went to front desk and request a diffirent room because assigned room did not and charged extra. Then a guest came in saying there was not hot water and the staff member told her to run the water for 15 minutes and it would get warm. It was almost...
