"DON’T stay here if you want a sauna for a room. They have no air conditioning until the end of April. I booked and paid for a “no refund/no cancellation” room, and then I get a notification that there will be no air-conditioning until the end of April. No heads up, it was 30° both days I was there. Yet the hallways were nice and cool, the main lobby, everything was cool, but they wouldn’t turn on the air conditioning in the rooms. Lots of people were complaining, we were talking about it with fellow guests in the elevators. They didn’t care."

"There are no breakfast available for my room . I expected to get complimentary breakfast when I booked. I have to book 2 rooms because 2 adults and 1 kid (11 year old). I requested 2 rooms connected but they offered 1 room on 9 floor and other 4 floor. This is worse experience I had, they r so busy so they don’t care. "
