「There were two bad marks on the grey sofa, these did not look as if anyone had even tried to removed them.There was also a large mark on the throw on the bed in one of the rooms.The weather was good, so we sat outside for a cuppa and the whole area needs weeding as does the patch of ground at the front door.」

Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! 」
