「Everything was awesome. The location is prime. Nice neighborhood and great nightlife. The only thing was the trash bins right outside the building the smell. Unfortunately no control over that.Great welcome booklet to familiarize yourself with the area. Definitely would stay again!!!」

「Super clean and fresh. Great amenities Checking in was a little confusing but once we found the room we figured it out and getting around was easy. I was a bit leery of the neighborhood at first but did feel safe in the complex. There are a lot of places close by to eat. We weren’t there long enough to walk around but there were restaurants within a walkable distance. Great communication with owner too. Overall great place and would definitely stay again! 」

「The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. 「This condo is immaculate, well-appointed, and exactly as indicated in the details. The unit included everything we needed and wanted for a stress-free, quick, two night, anniversary get-away. Brandon is a responsive host-checking in on our stay and offering assistance if needed; however, since everything was perfect, no assistance was needed. We will definitely be back!」

「This is a nice, comfortable place to stay. It is an easy walk down to Fourth Street and it is around the corner from the Louisville Slugger Factory and Tour. There were a number of parking options nearby. We would stay there again.」

「This property may be even better than advertised. We loved it for our family’s short getaway. The hosts thought of everything. The condo and facilities were perfect for us. The area felt very secure. You also can’t beat the view and location. I included photos taken from just across the street. Having an upstairs and downstairs helped when someone wanted to nap instead of visiting with the family. We hope to book again!」
