Spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Efficient, friendly staff. Large selection of fresh breakfast items. Ideally located away from the busy tourist centre, yet only 15 minutes by a frequent tram service away.

I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport.
My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. No other menu items.
