"Booking was easy. The location and how quiet the community was just what expected. Neighborhood was pleasant. Furniture & amenities a bit outdated & slightly uncomfortable due to wear. Overall, met expectations. "

"Here’s the good and bad: the view is fantastic, the patio is great, the kitchen was remodeled and is very nice. It’s lovely to have two full bathrooms and they were well supplied. But the place smelled like mildew, which could have been from 3 days of rain ahead of our visit but it didn’t go away. The carpets and curtains need renewing and the furniture looked quite dated. Overall it didn’t feel clean and it was not a relaxing place for us because of that. It just needs a little TLC bc the view is outstanding. We were traveling for our 50th anniversary so our expectations were high and I don’t think the pictures told the story of this place. Next time we’ll rent a top floor instead of bottom level. We’ve stayed at these condos before and the ones that have been updated are worth the price but this one let down our expectations. "
