Good location, around 12 mins away from the Whitechapel station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. It was quite warm when I was there but the room A/C was fantastic.

Nice rooms and beds. Good ac. The art in the hotel is not pleasing and the hallway rugs need replacing. The desk staff seem more like salespeople.

I had a great stay at Club Quarters Hotel, St. Paul's. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from St. Paul's Cathedral and close to tube stations, making it really easy to get around London. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night's sleep despite being so central. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with the check-in process.

Hotel seems old overall even with the renovated rooms. We had trouble with our AC and it took multiple calls before management took any action. We switched rooms to a smaller room than what we paid. The AC still didn’t work properly in the new room. The hallways always had trash from the rooms on the floor. Staff was nice but didn’t address issues immediately and I had to keep calling and finally around 11:30 PM at night the manager changed our room even though I told them about the AC not working at 1:30 PM. It was 27 degrees Celsius in the room even when the thermostat was on much lower. Too hot. Unfortunately we won’t stay at this property again.
