Nice clean rooms, a bit on the smaller side but they are functional and you can't go wrong really.

A nice hotel, breakfast was great and very accommodating staff however some points I did not like was that the air conditioning did not work for my entire 4 night stay and needing a key to operate the electricity in the room seemed quite cheap for a luxury hotel. Housekeeping also did not come on one of the days - just things I would not expect from a nice hotel like this. Otherwise everything else was good

Very convenient to the tube station and nice to have a little sitting area to relax. Very clean and quiet. Did not really use the club lounge. Bed very comfortable.

The bathroom did not have a fan. Old

The ambiance sure has changed here. We went a year prior. We loved our previous stay and decided to return. We won’t be back. We couldn’t tell if this hotel now houses refugees or not. Restaurant went down hill. Rooms are just okay.
