This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. The staff was very polite and helpful and there is a bus stop right on the corner that will take you to the train. It’s very easy to get around. They also have a restaurant but to be honest if I’m paying the prices they’re charging I’m not eating at a hotel restaurant. Overall we had a positive experience there and would stay there again.

Property is newly renovated so nice and clean. Restaurant on the property was excellent. You only need to to take one team from zurich airport and the station is right in front.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay at EMA House in Zurich. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay exceptional was the service. A very special thank you to Chantal, Marina, and Sean for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for. ⸻
