The sink in the toilet 7th flor was blocked I requested to change me to another room. The room was 4th floor. The mattress very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back. The lights on the corridor on all the night. The staff in reception tried to help.

Manager was amazing very impressed with his help did not stay at Oyo hotelthere was no room for me so he got me a room at Ruston court hotel at no extra charge

Interesting historic property. In need of some updating, no fans in rooms with this very hot weather. Front door lock/handle needs repair. Good breakfast in next door Derby Hotel. 20 mins walk down zig zag path to beach.

Very big family room but as also very old. The swimming pool is lovely and the water warm which was a real treat. The staff is friendly and nice breakfast. Overall a good compromise

From check in to check out staff were helpful and friendly. Nice ambiance throughout. Good swimming pool. Recommend.
