"parking was super Small and difficult for SUVs, ended up with scratches on my vehicle. no Amenities available, they were all for pretend..and no customer service at all. Hotel charges alot just to stay there offers very little to none benefits. better off paying and staying a marriott or place with better amenities."

"All of the staff was amazing and the food, the area, the cleanliness was great. Marriott Bonvoy is always a great place to stay. Parker at the front desk was so attentive and gave the best service and was quick and responsive always. He was very courteous and let me know of how they receive their reservations from hotels.com only 3 days before the date of check in. I reserved a specific room with hotels.com in Nov for a weekend in March and the room I chose was booked. I will now be booking through Marriot Bonvoy specifically from now on to ensure I get the specific room I want. "

"Nice and convenient location. Staff are very nice. Clean property and accommodating to requests. Good breakfast A little too close to the freeway with some mild traffic noise. "

"Cleaning staff did great a job. Rooms are ok, but the bathroom door is so strange. Built like an entry door and hard to open. Makes using the bathroom at night a noisy endeavor. A/C units are built into the wall. Strange for a modern building. Should have central air. Does ok but doesn’t keep up at times. They have a laundry room but no detergent and no change (quarters). Why even have a laundry room? Some staff could be friendlier but shot out to a front desk person. I didn’t catch her name but, she made us feel welcomed. (Shorter young person). Other front desk staff was great too but just one male that stood out like he didn’t went to be there. They have a bistro, but ends at 9:30am and nothing is free. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has always had free coffee. I will probably try to the hotel next door before I book here. It’s not terrible but they need to step their game up. "
