""SAND & SEA" -- (sleeps up to 12)

Sit in the spacious living room by the gas fired stove and enjoy the ocean waves while watching TV, or on a nice day enjoy the view from the deck. You can cook any meal in the large fully-furnished kitchen and dine with the family around the table. You will get a great night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms. On the lower level is a king master suite with bath and walk-in closet and sliding glass door to a lower deck. On this level is another bedroom with queen and full beds. There is a bathroom down the hall and a large family room with a large 55" screen TV. The upper level is the main living area with another large bedroom with reading area. This bedroom has a set of king and queen beds. The Sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress.

There is a large paved parking lot that can double as a outdoor fenced play area with still a lot of room for cars. The backyard is a smaller rock landscaped area within the fenced area with access to the lower decks of eash unit. Beyond the fence you can walk a 250 yard path to the ocean beach (a little wet in the winter).

There is a BBQ and a laundry facility for each unit. Quality bedding and towels are furnished for your ease.

You are just 3 miles from the casino and 5 miles from down town Ocean Shores with all the fun vacation activities for you to enjoy. There you will find golf, bowling, horseback riding, miniature golf, fun center, camel rides, go-cart, bumper cars, shopping, restaurants and so much more.

Just bring your food and toiletries and enjoy a couple days or weeks at the Washington Beach.

Perfect for our large family!

This was our second time staying here and we are already looking forward to the next time! We have a large family and this home fits us perfectly! It provides large spaces to get together for meals and games and plenty of SUPER COMFY sleeping accommodations. It is a wonderful home! The only downside is a large amount of ants that seem to come in from the back door BUT you are staying at/near the ocean so some bugs should be expected.

A great place to have relaxing vacation.

2nd time in the past 2 years!

This is a great place for families! A short private walk directly to the beach (during summer) makes it super-convenient for all members of the family to access surf and sand. Loved it! We'll be back again!

Great Property

Entire family raved about the place. Location was quiet and secluded. Direct beach access! The place was absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed for a perfect 3 night stay. We couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us. We hope to return in coming years!

Beach driving and Razor clamming

We had 6 adults and 2 teens starting here for the weekend during RazorClam Fest. Having 3 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 3 bathrooms was perfect. Plenty of space and ideal for having meals together. It was a short drive to the beach and from there it just got better and better. We would definitely come again.

Weekend Escape to the Beach

A very nice property with extra large bedrooms and extra beds in most bedrooms. A great game room downstairs and a cozy TV room upstairs that was great for streaming movies. My family of four each had their own bedroom. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen while watching the winter rains come and go on the beach. We will absolutely stay here again and perhaps invite another family to join is.

Excellent time

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious and clean. The beds were VERY comfortable. Great location and quiet! I was there for my 50th birthday with 8 amazing people and we all agree we could not have picked a better place. They even supply 2 ply bath tissue in all three bathrooms! and all 9 of us women REALLY appreciate that! It is the little things ... Thank you so much for the lovely weekend - Jennifer

In general the Ocean Shores is over rated! The place was a good place for a big group. Nothing special, communicative property manager. I do not recommend the Ocean Shores but if you are going any how I recommend the place.

Just what we needed

This was a great little get away and after we were there we wished we had booked more days. This house was outfitted with everything you need and much you did not know you needed. Plenty of space, the beds were comfy too. We enjoyed the deck, the view, and opening the windows made a fantastic ocean cross breeze. If I had to give any feedback to work on I would say the BBQ grill could use a little attention, but an easy on line order to replace the grate would fix that easy. It was still usable even though we opted not to. The kitchen had LOTS of dishes and appliances. In many of the homes I rent I have to bring a lot, but not this one. You only need to bring your food and everything to prepare it, in any possible was there for you to use. I will keep this in mind when meal planning in the future (crock pot and a Instapot). The location was just a couple minutes (if that) from drive on beach access and the least crowded part of the beach I might add. There is also a patch to walk to the beach, but we wanted to take too much stuff with us to carry so driving was best. I really can't say enough good things. Thank you!

Family 4th getaway

This property had plenty of room for a big family and was the house was very clean. It was a quick drive down to the beach where we enjoyed a firework show.
