I have only positive things to say about this hotel. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The room was as advertised, and the hotel design was absolutely gorgeous.

An oldie, but a goodie. Clean, except for some mildew stained grout in the shower. Great staff, and acceptably comfortable beds.

My son and I stayed for 2 nights. The hotel and room are clean and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and the walk in shower is beautiful. I chose this hotel because of the location and its laundry facility. There are two washers and two dryers located on the first floor next to the gym. They are coined (quarters) operated. You can get the coins through reception. There's a CVS pharmacy one block away where you can get laundry supplies. Each wash is about 30 minutes and cost $4.00 per wash. It's also cost $4.00 for the dryer for 45 minutes. You can add more coins in for more time. They have a rooftop area for relaxing and soak in the sun and view. The hotel does not have a restaurant or serve any kind of food. They have vending machines for drinks and snacks. There are a few restaurants a block or two away. We saw a few homeless people around the area. They didn't bother us or anyone. Just walk with caution as you would anywhere. The staff is nice and they do have someone at the reception during the night. It's walking distance to Speed Needle, Monorail and museums. I would recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay! As a mom of two teenage boys, I especially appreciated having my own makeup vanity—it was such a nice touch and made getting ready so much easier. The room was beautiful, and the bell staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
