「The location is pretty good. It’s only a 4min walk to the beach. The house has some issues but overall is decent. There’s a leak in the master bedroom. 「Carova Beach is magical - as if time stood still. In my opinion, this is one of the loveliest houses out there. 「My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! Cleaning service said property manager had been told no sheets in the house for that bedroom and expected some to be dropped off. I guess the drop off didn't happen. 「The location of the house is fantastic. You have quick and easy access to a semi-private beach that has plenty of sand and waves for fun in the sun.
