「This is our second trip to this hotel. I have to say the first experience was better. I feel like service wasn’t the best. The room didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper. My room was out of conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We were able to get those things it just took longer than expected. The rooftop hotel was also a better experience last year. I even reserved this time and still ended up waiting 35mins until a waitress came to our table. Last year the hotel came with 2 beach chairs...

「When I go to OC I stay either at this property or sea bay. Check in is done in the same place and staff are always very nice and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. This property is also great because is a short walk to the beach, bad monkeys which I love to eat at amd other places.」

「The location of this property is excellent. You step off the property onto the boardwalk with beach access directly on the other side. There’s plenty of decent eats in the same block or less than a five minute walk. Our room had a great view. The staff was very friendly. That’s about where the positives stop」
