"The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The shower made a loud noise and the closet is open with no door. Not sure if we were given a handicap room because there was a shower chair which may explain the handheld shower head. The room has a kitchenette, but it is not stocked. No silverware or even paper towels which would be very helpful. We have stayed in many hotels with kitchenettes that at least had paper towels and a few kitchen items. Also the fridge had no freezer section, so no way to keep ice packs cold for travel. Overall it was a nice large room with a gorgeous view of the ocean. "

"WHY the need to charge a $10. per day parking fee. IF you are staying @ the hotel property Parking should be an automatic what other choice to you have when going to a hotel arrival by bus?? REALLY is there a need for the hotel to charge it's already paying guests. Just another fee being tacked on!!!"

"We had a great one-night stay. The room was tastefully renovated and decorated. Very modern and definitely the nicest room I’ve had at a hotel in a while. The balcony and view were excellent! I do see what other reviewers meant about the top blanket on the bed kind of pilling, but I really couldn’t care less about. My favorite part was the bathroom. So updated and SO clean, with great lighting. We requested additional coffee K cups and they were hand delivered even before the housekeeping shift started at 8. We hope to come back!"

"Excellent customer service everyone was super friendly and helpful… relaxing atmosphere, good food and drinks. Room nice. Bar nice but to close to kitchen. Breakfast good food. Pool nice, warm and comfy. In room coffee not so good! Nice pillows! Great view! Franchesca at front desk this morning 3/7 very nice.. she went and got me ice for my large tumbler! I think her name was that or it began with an h…. Memorable stay! Didn’t get our king bed oh well!"

"Overall, I had a good stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the bar staff in particular were amazing—very personable and great to talk with, which really added to the experience. At times the noise level was a bit much, but the staff did their best to mitigate it and were responsive when it was brought to their attention, which I appreciated. "

"The closet in my room was missing the door. The litter in the parking lot when I arrived on Sunday was still there at check out on Friday. Came off an elevator on Monday morning and two pieces of French fry were on the carpet--still there at check out on Friday morning. Every inch, and I mean every inch, of baseboard molding in the halls are scuffed. Lamp shade on backwards. Light switch plate crooked and cracked. Wall behind toilet paper holder gouged and crooked. Shower curtain missing two brackets to hold it. Half a sugar packet on floor near stove. Not up to Hilton standards; not even close."
