Newly Remodeled Condo - Steps to Beach & Boardwalk

This first floor, (no steps) condo is in a great location - just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach! This condo is in walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. No need to drive anywhere ~ Park your car (2 parking spaces provided) and walk to all local attractions. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella are included in your stay. Fully updated, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath property can sleep up to 8. All mattresses (including the pullout sofa) are memory foam mattresses.

The master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed and a half bath. The guest room has two queen beds, both of which have memory foam mattresses. There is also a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room.


Located in Downtown OC. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to Oceans Calling, Country Calling and many other festivals the Ocean City Boardwalk has to offer.

Can walk to a large variety of bars, restaurants, and boardwalk attractions. There is a bus stop right outside of the condo and you can ride all day for $3.

A nice cozy condo for a small family. Overall a great place to stay with great parking and proximity to the beach. The floors could use a thorough mopping though.

Perfect place and location

5 of us (all over 55) stayed here. Great location a block from boardwalk & beach. Very clean. Cute little porch to sit on. Came with all linens & towels. Has dishwasher. We were able to make our own breakfast & lunches, we went out for dinners. Could use a clock in living area & TP holders tho. Supplied beach chairs too. Loved it and would go back

Overdue Long Weekend Together

We stayed at the condo for a long weekend (Friday-Sunday). The condo was clean, great location, easy parking and just all around GREAT. Our stayed ended up being the weekend of Sun Fest. We all had a great time enjoying the location, beach and the festivities. We will save this location so that we can return in the future. Thank you for everything and the memories.

Excellent Location and Very Responsive Owner

The location is great, just a street over to the beach and boardwalk. Craving for a funnel cake or a drink? It’s just right around the corner. Very convenient parking since he owns 2 private parking lots. The condo has a nice touch of being home. High speed internet for some last minute work while kids stream movies on the smart TV. Most importantly, owner is very responsive and prompt. He made sure that all of our questions are answered and our needs met. I highly recommend this property based on 3 important things: convenient location, property appearance, and owner’s responsiveness.

Here’s the real secret of OC

Great location, super responsive host and parking..the trifecta!! The spot is super cute and so close to boardwalk and the beach. Our host was amazing!!! Check in was effortless and the few questions we had our hosts handled quickly. I am already looking at dates for my next trip..don’t miss out on this gem it will book up fast!!
