「ゴミ集荷場の目の前にも部屋があり，匂いが強く虫も多く飛んでおり，ベランダを開けて過ごすことが出来ませんでした．他の口コミにも同じ意見があったため，事前にゴミ集荷場の前の部屋を避けるように依頼していたにも関わらず，この部屋を割り当てられたことにスタッフの悪意を感じました．二度とこのホテルには泊まらないし，返金を望んでいます．またホテルは海岸から遠く，途中で何度も信号で止まらなければいけません．この価格でこの程度のホテルに泊まるくらいであれば，海岸沿いの別のホテルに泊まることを強く勧めます．
There was also a room right in front of the garbage collection point, which had a strong smell and many flying insects, making it impossible to spend time with the balcony open. I felt that the staff was malicious in assigning me this room, even though...
「The property was modern and up to date, the 24 hr coffee bar in the lobby was nice. Free beach chairs and bicycles were a nice addition. My only complaint was the noise of minor construction projects (drilling) that began at 0930 AM....and the roller wheels on the laundry carts from the floor above....a little loud? Maybe get rubber wheels for the carts? 」
「We had a king size ocean view suite the Holiday Inn & Suites in Ocean City. the balcony, the room, the premises were all pristine that boardwalk was clean the staff at the hotel, extremely friendly. This was my first experience on the beach and will definitely return. I am so glad that I picked the hotel. It was right in the middle of the boardwalk. I could not have chosen a better hotel with a relaxing atmosphere would recommend this highly and plan to book with them in the future.」
「Our efficiency room is large, clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was super… kudos to the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet, she’s on top of things and managing her responsibilities effectively - thank you for that! Though, I do have one negative comment, it’s the elevator - too slow , too small and the hotel only has one elevator. Oh, did I mention the elevator jerks when stopping.」

「Once you arrive you are charged and additional premium fee as a security deposit. Why is this not included when you pay online? and they want cash? Then they say it will be refunded as soon as you check out. I am finding out that they don't do that either. Very unhappy with the front desk.
