Loved the cleanliness and layout of this condo. The balcony was right above the boardwalk where we could people watch, listen to people singing and playing music, and watch the awesome sunsets and rises over the ocean. The parking garage wasn't too far and access to the boardwalk was right around either corner from the back of the building. Loved that Fisher popcorn was at the front corner of the building, and the arcades were close.The host provided good instructions and was very timely answering any questions.

First stay

It was our first time in OC and this condo was perfect! Right in the middle of all the action, lots of things for my teens to do and see, and easy access in and out of the parking garage for longer trips to dinner. Would love to stay here again!

Exceptional Property

Wonderful location. Very well maintained and very clean. Secure access to building and parking garage. We are 2 senior ladies 92 years old and 71 years old and we felt very comfortable and safe.

Spacious apartment with great view

We stayed over New Year’s. It was more than enough space with just our family of 4. We had friends in the same building 3 doors down and mostly hung out at their place. It was fun to watch the fireworks right from the balcony! Linda generously gave us a later checkout as well. We would definitely come back again off-season.

2024 vacation

This is our second year in renting this condo and we are extremely happy with this property. This property is well maintained and very clean. The owner makes you feel like you walked into your own home. She also provides excellent instructions regarding the “how to” for the condo. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Loved it!!!

Everything about the property was really great! I will mention that the parking is tight in the garage, but we made it work. We have a pick-up and it was little hard to maneuver through the garage. The unit is facing the boardwalk and the ocean. The view was worth it. The property was clean, and there were a lot of little touches that made the stay easy and you get the feeling that the host really wants you to have a good time. We made the mistake of bringing beach chairs because we weren't sure how many there were, or what condition they were in. They had about 5-6 beach chairs and they were in great condition. There was laundry detergent, dryer sheets, salt & pepper and plenty of coffee filters. The place was beautiful, airy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
