Forget about the stress of public parking! Park your car once when you arrive, then walk everywhere you need to go - this is a great spot for guests visiting during event weekends, like Sunfest, Springfest, Cruisin' OC, Endless Summer Cruisin', Wine on the Beach, and the White Marlin Open. Take the kids and enjoy the sunny days on the beach, play in the public park just one block away, or take a short drive to see the wild ponies of Assateague Island. Whatever you do, there is fun for all to be had in this ideal location.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
