Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful place - great location - highly recommend!Spacious and bright - and very comfortable.Lots of stairs - but that really helped to separate the "hanging area" from the sleeping area. It was so close to the Boardwalk and several restaurants.

Took my boys with friends for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Place was close enough to walk to beach and we enjoyed our stay. Place was easy to communicate with them during the stay.

The property itself was clean and spacious. Very calm and quiet location but there were some issues. Ice make did not work on the fridge so we had to spend money on buying bags of ice our entire trip. Primary bathroom light was so dim where the toilet was we had to leave the door open just to see. Game room did not have the pool table as shown on the listing which was a bit of a disappointment but not a deal breaker. Overall not a bad propertybut probably wont stay again.

Very well located but not a clean place. Air vents have never been cleaned.Place was full of sand everywhere. Bed sheet covers and pillows smell bad of humidity. Kitchen accessories are old, pans are unusable...contact VRBO, said they would send someone. Nobody never came.

The location is great and decor is cozy but there are many concerns that need attention. I reached out early during our stay regarding the dirty floors and asked that they be cleaned as they turned our feet back and we have young children who play on the floors. In addition, the downstairs bathroom had not been scrubbed as the toilet had buildup in the base, the upstairs bathroom contained a hand soap bottle that had been significantly diluted with more water than soap, 1 of the upstairs bedroom lights does not work, 3 of the 4 fan lights in the game room don’t work which makes that room dark and unusable at night, and the cue ball is missing from the pool table. I was told by staff that a service ticket was created and the property would be tended to, however we never heard back from Vacasa after that initial correspondence. We swept multiple times during our stay but the floors remain dirty and continue to turn our feet black as we don’t have access to sufficient cleaning supplies in the home and should not have to deep clean a vacation rental. Also, the pullout sofa bed is missing several springs and does not provide support in the center of the mattress so it is unusable. This is especially unfortunate as we had 10 guests and were limited by the insufficient sleeping space. Lastly, I had to wash at least 50% of the dishes and cookware I pulled from the cabinets before use as they were dirty with dried food or grease. I hope this info helps improve the property.

Check-in/out process was smooth and easy. Location was great. The townhouse was spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, especially in the morning when the birds were chirping. Communication from property owner was good. We really enjoyed the easy access to everything Ocean City had to offer whether it was along the coast or over the bridge on highway 50. The townhouse was well maintained. A few things could be fixed, lie the jacuzzi knows, the downstairs toilet had to be plunged in order for it to be flushed. Also the previous person may have had a dog because there were long white dog hairs all over the property, including the beds so I had to rewash all of the blankets. But overall the teens/toddler enjoyed the trip and we can't wait to book this location again!

Clean home, nice layout to spread out. The kids enjoyed the rec room with mini pool table. The foosball table needs a minor repair. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but some things could be added: mixing bowls, 9x13 dish, and oven mitts and pot holders. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Bunk beds worked well for the teens in our group (but this room is pretty small). The master suite is very spacious and nice. We really enjoyed our mid-week Spring Break getaway and loved renting bikes to ride on the boardwalk, mini golf, shopping, and hanging out at the house. Very relaxing and fun for all!

All communication with management team was easy quick and helpful. We arrived with easy check in but when we entered the property we discovered that the home cleaning company had not cleaned like management had expected so we had to spend quite some time on arrival cleaning kitchen counters drawers utensils pots and pans. There was food in the drawers and with that comes ants and mice The linens and towels were also not at the property but after a quick call all linens arrived and management company were very apologetic and refunded cleaning fees immediately from our bill. The ice and water machine was broken and quite dirty on the fridge . So bring ice , and there is a market Half a block from property. Great location , quite and loads of space and everything was provided as advertised and more. There is no bay views from the building but lazy lizard is so close and have wonderful seating on the water… Remember when looking to rent this property it is a 3 floor level property so with that comes a lot of steps!!! So you do get a work out and screaming knees… But we will be back and will be using this management company for our future rentals

Home was beautiful and just like the pictures provided during booking. The housekeeping service did an amazing job prior to our arrival. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and far enough to enjoy a calm night. My only concern is the property has an ants problem. I hope they can treat the property. I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at many vrbos over the years. I have never had to write a negative review until now. This place was terrible. I believe it was a beautiful home at one point but now......Dirty, everything broken. Ants in kitchen, huge tear in master bedroom carpet and all bedroom carpets were filthy. Mattresses very uncomfortable to the point that the double bed caused one of the guests to have a terrible backache the first night and he slept in bunks for remainder of trip. Trash can receptacle in kitchen broken, frame on ice dispenser of fridge kept falling off, mold on ceiling of mbr shower, broken patio chairs......on an on. Owner will not provide the garage code to tenants so you have to walk around to front of house and go inside to open garage...ridiculous. And that was never communicated to us so we arrived at garage with two cars full of stuff in the pouring rain. After trying repeatedly to reach Vacasa for the code and kept getting voicemail, husband had to walk all the way around to front to get door open so he could open the garage. No communication from owner at all......ever. And Vacasa MD was horrid. Never answered phone or returned calls after leaving a phone number to an automated response. . Never able to talk to a human. We were pretty much abandoned by everyone from the moment we arrived. This is a cash cow.

Great location in the middle of all the activities in Ocean City. Only 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Parking is difficult to find, but having a 2 car garage was extremely useful. House is well insulated from sound. The unit is spacious and accommodating. The unit could have been cleaned better, as there were ants all around and sand on the floor.
