「We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. The location is great and a short walk to and from dining options. We can't wait to get back!」

「娘のスポーツの大会で宿泊しましたが、とても温かくご対応くださいました。とくに下の娘が体調を崩したのですが、病院を探したり、食事についてお願いしたりしたことも気持ちよく応えてくださいました。スキーの乾燥室には、１つ１つ鍵が準備されていて、安心して利用できました。またお世話になりたいです。」

「Good place to stay, close to the mountain. Ben and Bettie that run the hotel are very friendly. Western beds and some rooms with your own bathroom.」

「The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages. If you get a chance, listen to Echo play the piano 」

「到着から出発まで、宿の方の温かいおもてなしの気持ちが伝わり、ゆったりと落ち着いて過ごせました。建物は古いですが、その古さが落ち着きあり癒される素敵な空間になってます。綺麗に清掃されてあり清潔です。 料理も手作りで程よく美味しくいただきました。」

「コロナ禍明けで新しいオーストラリア人オーナーになり、着任1カ月のニュージーランド人スタッフなどもフレンドリーで親切でした。 ゲストもインターナショナルで半分外国にいるようで、ウチの家族は英語で楽しく過ごしました。 ただ、ロッジ前の駐車場から道路の雪掻きを自分たちでして車を動かしましたが、本来スタッフがもう少し雪掻きもがんばってほしいです。 あと、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣りの部屋の声がよく聞こえました。」
