「Hotel Ucliva is a charming property with hosts Dorothy and Bernard, who went out of their way to be helpful. On our way to the hotel, we ended up getting off at an incorrect train station in the middle of nowhere. Dorothy and Bernard responded to our call for help by coming down within 15 min (on their day off) to pick us up. The hotel itself is beautiful. 「Great price-value ratio」

「The hotel was conveniently located, although its design seemed more geared toward a younger, social media-oriented crowd. I particularly liked that it was part of a shopping complex, with a Coop supermarket conveniently located in the basement.」

「Grate!」

「Great place to visit the Swiss Alps in the Laax community. Location and view is spectacular!」

「Super helpful staff, Changed rooms to a better view. Great pool for kids and adults alike. Simple room but with a little dining area with a view. Perfect for what we wanted.」

「It was great! But there was no microwave so it would be nicer if there is one!」

「This hotel surpassed all expectations. The Mountain View room took our breath away and the entire hotel was spotless, yet cosy, and every little detail had been thought of. But none of this compares to the standard of every single staff member we met. Everybody was so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. Exceptional service.」

「Struttura perfettamente organizzata in tutto, pulizia camere , colazione ottima, personale gentile ottima sauna .」

「Sehr freundlicher Hotelleiter. Ruhige Lage, trotz Strassenanbindung - wenig Verkehr, guter Schallschutz (Fenster).」
