"The staff were very helpful before we arrived answering all our questions. There is no lift, but they agreed to carry all our luggage up and down the stairs for us. When we arrived they did this without us reminding them. They also supplied a kettle. We were given a room on the first floor - all of which we had requested in advance. The staff were all very helpful in answering our questions and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful - a very good start to the day. The bus service (free on the Chur card) was frequent and very good; the stop was only about 2 mins from the hotel. We were at the station in about 3 minutes travelling time. We had a taxi to the hotel when we arrived - expensive at 20 euros. If only the information about the buses could have been provided by the hotel in advance of our stay it would have saved a lot of money! Overall it was a very happy stay and our needs were very well catered for. We would stay again if ever we found ourselves in Chur."

Sleeping in a former prison cell with original heavy doors was such a unique concept, but the hostel itself is modern, bright, incredibly clean, and cozy. Perfect location in Old Town Chur, super close to the station, and the staff were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I was trying to give them all 5 stars but for some reason, I could not reach the 5th one on my screen. ABC is an amazing hotel! Extremely clean, well finished and beautiful. We were so surprised how the free breakfast was complete! They even had mimosas. The coffee was excellent and they colour their boiled eggs in a beautiful shade which makes your plate look so appetizing. And the staff made it even more fun! Flavia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The servers at breakfast were also amazing! We were all pleasantly surprised. Do not hesitate to stay there."

This saved us a lot of money. Down side was the restaurant is closed Mon & Tues evenings and very little choice in the villages for restaurants."
