An excellent hotel overall that has a good restaurant, good spa facilities, comfortable rooms, regular shuttle bus and is conveniently situated for the town and local bus. The hotel is let down by some minor issues: small boot/ski room, poor cooked breakfast options, limited hot water and spa areas dominated by children at all times.

We loved our stay at Hotel Adula. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were a great size and very comfy, and the breakfast every morning was wonderful with plenty of options. Our favourite was the spa area with the steam room and sauna, it was perfect after a full day on the slopes. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel i bjergene ved skov og sø

Fint hotel i byen Flims. Der ligger en smuk sø i skoven i gå afstand fra hotel. Stor pool med forskellige sauna inde og mindre varmt boblebad ude. Fin have med liggestole. Meget lækker morgenmad og super venligt personale. Parkering i kælder og overfor hotel.

Très bon hôtel en général, nous y sommes retournés plusieurs fois. Cette année, un peu déçu par le service: nos affaires sont bougées avant même que nous donnions notre accord car ils veulent donner la table à quelqu’un d’autres (malgré que la table ne soit pas indiquée comme réservée!), changement de catégorie de chambre sans notification (et non pas pour un surclassement!!), ou messages différents de la réception en fonction des personnes ou de l’envie d’aider (un jour la navette récupère les clients qui arrivent à l’arrêt de bus jusqu’à 18h, mais quand on demande de l’aide à 17h45, ça devient 17h!). Bref un peu déçus cette année…

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch. Die drei Hotel-internen Restaurants sind phenomenal und das Personal immer sehr freundlich. Nebst den kulinarischen Highlights ist auch der Spabereich eine wahre Freude. Auch das Zimmer und der Ausblick waren einfach nur toll. Wir werden nur noch im Adula Ferien machen, wenn es uns in diese Region zieht!

Amazing stay

Wonderful time at Hotel Adula! We cannot wait to come back. Facilities are great and hotel is in very good condition. Spa is amazing. My only disappointment could be the service. They try their best to implement good services, but not all staff is very professional or nice with clients (I could clearly see I was annoying one waiter, and one woman at the front desk is extremely unfriendly). They also make some mistakes because of miscommunication. They are definitely trying and we can see that. I will come back 150%
