"Staff provide mixed messages, and lots of loud maintenance occurring which we did not know about until it commenced and written about in the daily newsnote. Good food and service in the restaurant."

"the room was clean, the staff was friendly and everything was in the room that I needed. I did pick this hotel as it advertised a gym, however there was no free weights in the gym and only 3 pieces of equipment (maybe 4) so I had to go to a gym in soelden still. I may have stayed in another hotel if I had realised how sparse the gym was. A single bench and some free weights up to 50 lbs would have been adequate to avoid this and would have allowed me to give it more stars."

"The hotel was excellent from staff to food to bar to large, spacious room to pool and Spa. Only complaints would be that the towels were very thin and small and the shower was on the side wall making the the shower a little narrow. "
