Great stay

We truly enjoyed our stay here. There were several outdoor decks and outdoor furniture which we enjoyed often. The house was very comfortable and furnished with everything we could have needed to make ourselves at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again.

Quiet homely stay

Nancy is always responsive and helpful. The house had incredible charm and is easy to live in, access, and gives you that friendly neighborhood feel. Every meal I cooked in the kitchen tasted great. Hot tub is a plus and the Tesla power charger in the garage is convenient if you need it. Would stay again !

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

Two intern housemates and I stayed at Nancy's listing for ~1.5 months and loved every bit of it! The house is very spacious, has tons of cookware and a spacious kitchen that came in hand for cooking, has a great living room and backyard to unwind, and spacious bedroom to rest in. The neighborhood is peaceful and easily accessible. Nancy is an amazing host--super understanding and easy to communicate with. Thank you for the great stay!

Above and beyond

Best host we have ever had! Nancy is so welcoming and laid back. She went above and beyond as a host from the cheerful welcome to contacting us even after our stay informing us of some things we left behind. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A perfect home in Hayward

Great place

I had a wonderful stay. Nancy was a great host and was very responsive. The home is in excellent condition and is well maintained. I stayed here on business. I would definitely recommend this home if you plan to spend time in the Bay Area. It is conveniently located to take off to the coast, San Francisco or the Redwoods when not working.

Beautiful house. Great hospitality. Must Stay!

From the reservation process to the check out process. Working with Nancy was amazing and easy. The house is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. We had our guests from out of town stay here for 2 months and they told us they felt pampered. The house worked great for this family of 5. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to rent a house in the Hayward hills. Thanks Nancy for everything you did to make our guests feel welcomed.
