From the quaint little kitchen, beautiful bathroom, coziness of the fireplace to endless nights of stargazing through the huge dome window, from the comfort of the king size bed, this place was everything and more than we had expected!」

「Staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Lynn on Front desk. We needed to make a few adjustments to the reservation and she was helpful, friendly and made the process very smooth. Room was clean and spaceous. Adequate gym but cables might need replacing soon. Common areas had adquate seating and were comfortable. Maybe 12 flat screen TVs in the bar / reception / breakfast area are a bit too much !!」

「Overall an ok stay. Super clean and charming, unbeatable location. Some details could make the experience 5 star. All doors are very squeaky, which was disruptive in the middle of the night. There is virtually no sound barrier between the room and hallway, so it feels like you can hear other people breathing through the walls. The bed was VERY low to the ground and mattress felt cheap and dated. A few improved details would really make this place a hidden gem. 」

「For the dollar value, off season rate, it was a great deal. At first glance it is beautiful and the room was impressive with all its lights lit up. But the shock and awe stops there. It was freezing cold, the temperature was 65 degrees not just in the room but in the main common areas as well. I turned on the heat pump, and the fireplace and after an hour I had to call and as for the heat to be turned up. The heat pump was installed in the worst place, with a wall opposite it about 2 feet away,...

「Breakfast was great! Kitchen staff particularly the one younger girl topping up eggs, hash browns and nuts went out of her way to greet each and everyone present. She was wearing a head scarf and was most pleasant !!」

「Great for a quick stay over. However the rooms (on the 5th floor at least) are PAPER THIN! I could hear the guest in next room every word he said, every snore, everything. So I’m sure he could hear me. Made me feel uneasy and no privacy. Thankfully it was one night quick stay over. Loved the shuttle amenity. Great Uber eats availability, even in snowy weather late at night ✅」

「Well the hotel was under renovations . The tv was installed 3 days prior to us checking in and the volume couldn't be changed. I contacted the front desk gentleman and he couldn't do nothing to help us. For the breakfast it was all cold items. Be perpared to pay $300.00 for damage deposit at check in.i felt that was a little too much. 」
