"Our stay was great other than when we arrived for our check in 3:45 when check in was at 3 our room was not ready and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. A drink at the bar or some small token should have been offered considering the high price we paid to stay there."

"Staff members were friendly and attentive. The room was large and very comfortable as was the king sized bed but found the washroom on the small side. Would have liked more counter space for toiletries, especially when staying for 3 nights. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. Parking at the hotel was expensive but convenient with in/out privileges. Appreciated in-room Nespresso maker with real cream in the fridge. Location was great, enjoyed spending time in the Public Garden which is just across the road and walking to restaurants and the waterfront. We had a nice stay."

"Old building but clean，aging bathroom not that clean. That‘s why I rate 4 stars for the maintenance. Other than this, all good. Nice location, nice service, nice staff. Quiet in the nights. Very good place to stay for visitors."
