I had an ossue with my car when I firat arrived and the took car of everything even valet my car with no extra charge.
Then to help calm me down the had excellent dessers delivered to my room for everyone in my party. Excellent with children too
They had a scavenger hunt game for the kids and they go a gift of they found everything. Best hotel Ive been to i a while."
