"We had a concert at at American Airlines arena which was walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to several museums and the World Aquarium."

"The hotel is right on the freeway so road noise is terrible. Trying to get out of the hotel parking lot onto the feeder road in the morning was a nightmare with traffic. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for close to 10 mins. Hotel was clean but I wouldn’t say again due to the location. "

"I highly recommend staying here when visiting Dallas. The hotel theme and decor are lovely, the staff and restaurant workers were very helpful and hospitable and the pool view was nice even though I didn't swim in it due to the chilly weather but the pool is heated. The room I had was nice and I had the perfect night view of the Reunion tower. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dallas. "
